職務内容/Job duties デジタルエンジニアリングユニットは、先端テクノロジーを活用した新たな価値創出や、クライアントビジネス価値の向上、よりよい社会の実現を目指し、大手企業を中心に最適なDXの方向性を見極め、経営課題を解決するコンサルティングサービスを提供しています。

当ユニットの「ソリューションアーキテクト」として、特定ソリューションの専門性を発揮し、デジタル化プロジェクトやソリューションの導入における、戦略や計画策定フェーズのアセスメントや技術的アドバイザリーから、アーキテクチャデザイン、クライアント環境への導入に関する要求確認、ソリューションのFit&Gap分析、要件定義、設計、PoCでのプロトタイプ開発〜導入、ユーザー教育まで、ライフサイクル全体のコンサルティングに従事いただきます。

Qualifications
応募資格/Qualifications ◆必須要件

・3年以上のアプリケーション開発・導入におけるプロジェクトリードもしくはシニアエンジニア経験

(要件定義、システム設計、導入、改善提案経験の2つ以上の工程経験)

・クライアント資料(リサーチ、分析、スケジュール、タスク説明等)の作成スキル

・社内外ステークホルダーの役割と期待を理解した効果的なコミュニケーション能力

※上記必須要件に加え、以下いずれかに該当する方

  • ServiceNowの設計、開発または運用の3年以上の実務経験(具体的にはシステム実装、カスタマイズ、アップグレード、統合など)

・ServiceNow:CSAまたは同等の知識

・ITIL :Foundation以上の知識

  • RPA(Power Platform、UiPath等)やOCR、生成AI等、オペレーション自動化ソリューションの3年以上の設計・開発〜導入経験
  • ITインフラの新規開発、または更改の3年以上の経験

  • チェーン開発もしくはコンサルティングに関する1年以上の経験

・Etherium等ブロックチェーンプラットフォームについての深い知識と経験

・JavaScript、Python等を用いたOSSを利用したウェブシステム開発の経験

・5年以上のアプリケーション開発・導入におけるプロジェクトマネジメントもしくはアーキテクト経験

(要件定義、システム設計、導入、改善提案経験の2つ以上の工程経験)

・5年以上のチームマネジメント経験(プロジェクトでの下位メンバーの業務の品質管理・育成を含む)

・コンサルティングファーム、事業会社等でのコンサルティング/アドバイザリー経験

※上記必須要件に加え、以下いずれかに該当する方

  • ServiceNowの設計、開発または運用の5年以上の実務経験(具体的にはシステム実装、カスタマイズ、アップグレード、統合など)

・ServiceNow:CAD、メインラインのCIS認定または同等の知識

・ITIL :Expertまたは同等の知識

◆語学力

【日本語】

・ビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーション力

・ネイティブもしくはJLPT N1レベルが必須(外国籍の方も日本人とほぼ同等レベルの会話及び筆記能力を求めます)

・TOEIC 800点相当以上(シニアマネージャー以上は必須、マネージャー以下でも700点以上が望ましい)
