ポジション概要
当社では、日本の企業顧客領域での成長を牽引いただけるセールスマネージャー を募集しています。本ポジションは、APAC Head of Sales & Solutions Consulting 直属の営業職です。
東京エリアを拠点とし、オフィス勤務/在宅勤務のハイブリッド環境で自律的に働ける方を歓迎します。
主な業務内容
■ 戦略的なパイプラインマネジメント
担当アカウントの戦略立案・セグメンテーション・優先付けを行い、新規・既存ビジネスの拡大を推進します。
■ 戦略的なプロスペクティングキャンペーン
メール、電話、対面など複数チャネルを通じて、企業知財部門、知財責任者へアプローチし、信頼関係を構築します。マーケティングのサポートはありますが、戦略アカウントへの積極的な働きかけは本役割の重要な責務です。
■ 製品デモの実施・価値訴求
経営層や意思決定者に対し、課題に合わせたデモや評価プロセスを実施し、ビジネスケースの構築をリードします。Solution Consultantの技術サポートはありますが、初期デモやディスカバリー、案件推進は営業担当自身が遂行します。知財業務の理解およびデモスキルが求められます。
■ 提案書・RFP対応のリード
Solution Consultantや他チームと協力し、提案書の作成やRFPの回答を主導します。
■ 商談のクロージング
契約交渉を含む一連の商談プロセスをリードし、必要に応じて法務チームと連携しながら契約締結まで導きます。
■ 精度の高いパイプライン管理
Salesforce上で活動情報やパイプラインを正確に管理し、適正なパイプライン規模維持と正確な売上予測を行います。
応募資格(必須条件/歓迎条件)
学士号、または同等の実務経験
■5年以上の営業経験(SaaS、エンタープライズソリューション歓迎)
■大企業向けの複雑な営業プロセスでの成功実績
■新しいテクノロジーを迅速に理解し、価値訴求につなげられる能力
■優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、ステークホルダーマネジメント力
■高い分析力、交渉力、問題解決力
■知的財産管理(特許・商標等)に関する知識を有する方歓迎
■CRMの利用経験(Salesforce尚可)
■主体性・ストラクチャー化能力・粘り強さ・成長志向を兼ね備えた方
■出張対応(クライアント訪問、イベント参加等)が可能な方
■日本語(ネイティブレベル)
■英語(ビジネスレベル以上)での高度なコミュニケーションが可能な方歓迎
