相続税】会計事務所アシスタント×未経験から挑戦できる

仕事内容:

相続税に特化した税理士法人での事務サポート業務です。

WEBマニュアルやフォーマットが整備されており、未経験でも安心して取り組めます。

具体的には:

会計ソフトを使った入力業務

面談資料・税額報告書などの作成サポート

必要書類の準備・整理・ファイリング

電話・メールでのご案内、役所への問い合わせなど

単なるルーティンではなく、「相続」という人の人生に関わる繊細な分野だからこそ、丁寧に、正確に取り組む力が自然と身につきます。

  • 1日の勤務例(6時間勤務の場合)

10:00 出社

朝はデスクまわりを整えて、メールをチェックするところからスタート。

10:30 業務打合せ

担当税理士と当日の業務確認。進行中の案件の中で、自分が担当するタスクを整理します。

隣に座っているスタッフ同士で「どうしたらいい?」と、すぐに相談できる距離感です。

11:00 データ入力・資料作成

会計ソフトに入力したり、面談用資料をフォーマットに沿って作成します。

はじめは1つずつ確認しながら。半年後には資料チェックも任される方もいます。

12:00 ランチ休憩(60分)

近くのカフェで資格のテキストを開く人もいれば、スタッフ同士でランチにでかけることも。

13:00 書類整理・上司への報告

状況報告がスムーズにできた時や、成果物を褒められた時は、達成感があります。

14:30 役所とのやり取り・押印書類準備

関連書類の取り寄せや、確認作業。法務局・市役所と連携しながら進めます。

16:00 現地調査

評価対象の不動産を現地で見ることもあります。

地価や路線価の仕組みが、実体験と結びついて理解できます。

17:00 退勤(または直帰)

1日の振り返りと翌日のToDo整理をして、業務終了。

毎月ご自身の希望勤務日時を申請して頂き、

試験勉強の長期休みや帰省など、優先できる環境です。

給与:

時給:1,250円~1,500円(スキル・経験に応じて決定)

試用期間あり(1ヶ月/時給1,230円)

昇給:年2回/賞与:年2回(業績による)

交通費全額支給

試験前の長期休暇(最大1.5ヶ月)取得可
