業務内容
Sony Interactive Entertainment(SIE)のGlobal Accounting & Treasuary, Finance operation & Taxチームは、税務における高い知識をもち、社内におけるTax consultantとしてビジネスに寄り添いサポートします。Tax Complianceを維持し、Taxリスクの回避、Taxコストを最小化するため、能動的に活動・提案を行います。海外のTAXチーム(米国・欧州)やSony本社税務チームと連携しながら、グローバルに展開されるPlayStationビジネスに対して税務アドバイスを提供します。
SIE Taxチームの日本メンバーとして、日本法人である株式会社ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメント及び関係子会社の以下の業務を遂行して頂きます。
加えて、グローバルTaxメンバーの一員として、海外Taxチームと連携しながら、税務戦略の実行支援や、業務改善アクションにも貢献頂きます。
1. 税務関連業務
法人税、地方税、消費税の税務申告書、及び関連書類の作成、並びにe-Tax/ eLTaxによる納付対応
償却資産税、事業所税、支払調書の作成・提出・納付対応
税務調査対応
VAT(海外消費税)申告業務対応およびサポート
その他、租税条約・電子帳簿保存法への対応、および税理士法人等との連携・調整サポート
新規ビジネスや契約に関する税務アドバイス
2. 決算関連業務
四半期や年度末における税金および税効果会計にかかる計算・仕訳、並びに会社法の開示対応
本社向け税務報告資料の作成・提出
税務関連勘定の分析・管理
3. 監査・統制関連業務
監査法人対応(税務関連および内部統制含む)
内部統制に関する税務プロセスの整備・ドキュメンテーション対応
4. 改善・改革関連業務
税務関連データ分析の実行、及びプロセス改善のサポート、並びに税務オペレーションのデジタル化推進(AIやNew Technologyの活用等々)
グローバル税務対応体制の整備・標準化等のサポート
税務リスクの評価と対応策の立案
海外TAXチームとの定期的なコミュニケーションを通じたグローバル税務戦略の実行支援
求める経験・専門性
- 日本の税法に関する知識
- Excel、PowerPointなどの基本的なPCスキル
- 英語でのメール・会議対応が可能な方(TOEIC 800点以上目安)
希望実務内容及び経験年数
- 事業会社または税理士法人での税務実務経験(3年以上)
能力/人物要件
- 複雑な税務課題に対して論理的にアプローチできる方
- チーム内外との円滑なコミュニケーションができる方
- 自律的に業務を推進できる方
- 新しいシステムやプロセスに柔軟に対応できる方
