  • ミッション 美術・デザインのバックグラウンドを活かし、他にはない魅力的なスクールを作り上げること。 「アートの魅力を伝える」ためのカリキュラム策定や企画立案を通じ、事業の価値を高めていただきます。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・コンテンツ企画・カリキュラム策定

「学ぶ楽しさ」を引き出すカリキュラムの立案・改善。

アート、デザインを愛する人だからこそ気づく「改善点」をビジネスに反映させ、サービス品質を向上させます。

・新規事業のブランディング

スクールのコンセプト設計や、ターゲット選定。

競合となる他教室との差別化を図り、「選ばれる教室」にするための戦略を練ります。

・現場への落とし込み

作成したカリキュラムを講師へ共有・指導し、実際のレッスン品質を担保します。

【必須】

・大学等で専門的に美術を学んだ方(美大・芸大出身者、デザイン系出身者歓迎)

・一人称でプロジェクトや事業、拠点の立ち上げを行った経験

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

10:00~19:00(休憩1時間/実働8時間)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 29万1000円 〜 41万5000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万9000円 〜 13万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり28時間 〜 45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【給与について】

  • 給与はこれまでのご経験やスキルを考慮の上、決定いたします。
  • 管理監督者採用の場合は、別途の残業代支給はありません。

【手当について】

  • 一律、通勤交通費として上限20,000円/月の支給があります。
