  • PE領域におけるアドバイザリー業務【FSPE】[支度金支給あり]

職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities ・Global PEの投資先に対して、ハンズオンでValue Creation、改革プロジェクトの推進を支援

・主にDD初期フェーズから、経営改善施策の仮説を構築し、Day1前後から計画策定、実行支援を統括・推進する役割

・実際の経営改善策は売上向上、マーケティング、コスト削減、店舗出店戦略、デジタル戦略、M&A等と多岐にわたるため、PwCのネットワークを活用しながら、総合的かつ着実なValue creationの設計と実行を投資先会社とともに実現していく

・具体的には以下のような業務

・経営基盤の整備(管理会計導入、KPI設定など)

・組織体制、ガバナンス再構築

・経営戦略(予算・中期経営計画)の立案・実行モニタリング

・バリューアップ施策(成長戦略、トップライン改善、コスト削減、キャッシュ改善など)の立案・実行モニタリング

登録資格 Qualification

【想定タイトル】

Senior Manager以上

【経験】

以下の経験のいずれかについて該当する方

・コンサルティングファームにおいて、事業系DD、経営改善等のプロジェクトでマネージャー以上の経験

・PE経験者やPEの投資先への派遣経験者歓迎

・コンサルティングファームでのマネージャー未満の経験であっても、その後事業会社においてPL責任のあるポジションでの経験

上記に準じる企業価値向上の経験(特にハンズオン支援)・実績があれば尚可

【期待スキル(Senior Associate/Managerの要件に加えて)】

①プロジェクトマネジメント能力

・ロジックで動かない組織・社員に対しても、複数の観点から人に働きかけ、困難な局面でも目標に向けて主体的にPJを推進・統括できる

・PwCの他M&A・DDチームや国内外のネットワークを活用し、各施策・テーマを融合的に設計し、推進することができる

②コミュニケーション能力

・経営陣に対して臆することなく提言し、バランス感覚を持ち相手の懐に入り、合意形成へとつなげることができる

・金融プロフェッショナル(PEファンド、投資銀行/FA、銀行)との数値関連でのコミュニケーションができる

③経営コンサルティング能力、事業分析力および改善実行力

・数字を伴った計画策定(中計など)、財務インパクトと連動したアクションプランを策定することができる

・売上拡大からコスト改善等のプランニングと実行まで伴走し、行動を促進させることができる

【その他の要件(Senior Associate/Managerの要件に加えて)】

・PE業界・ビジネスに対する理解、M&A/再編に関する知識・経験

・特定業界・業種に係る知見・経営改善の実績がある方歓迎

・大企業に対する組織横断の全社改革プロジェクトをリードした経験のある方歓迎

・海外プロジェクトの経験や多文化環境での業務経験がある方歓迎
