ポジション概要

Axtriaは、日本の製薬コマーシャルデータセットに関する深い専門知識と、クラウドベースのデータエンジニアリングおよびガバナンスソリューションの強固なバックグラウンドを有する経験豊富なソリューションアーキテクトを求めています。

担当者は、Informatica IDMC/IICS、Databricks、Data Vaultアーキテクチャ、現代のデータエンジニアリングフレームワークを活用し、エンドツーエンドでスケーラブルかつコンプライアンス準拠のアーキテクチャ設計・実装を主導します。

本ポジションは、戦略的テクニカルアドバイザーおよびハンズオンアーキテクトとして、日本特有の規制要件およびエーザイのコマーシャルデータモダナイゼーションイニシアチブとの整合を確保します。

主な業務内容

  • 日本製薬コマーシャルデータセット向けデータアーキテクチャの設計・実装。
  • Informatica IDMC/IICS、Databricks、PySpark、SQLを活用したスケーラブルなデータ統合・変換・ガバナンスパイプライン構築。
  • 柔軟性、リネージ、ガバナンスを確保するData Vault / Lakehouseアーキテクチャの定義・実装。
  • 全ソリューションが日本のデータプライバシー、コンプライアンス、規制フレームワークに準拠することを確保。
  • 日本特有データセット(IQVIA Japan、Veeva CRM、NHI薬価改定、DPC病院データ、卸売販売、クレーム、Rx、患者データ)への強固な知識適用。
  • 日本コマーシャルKPIおよびレポーティング要件をスケーラブルなデータエンジニアリング・アナリティクスソリューションへ翻訳。
  • 要件検証およびコンプライアンス整合のため、日本ビジネスステークホルダーと連携。
  • データ取り込み、統合、品質、ガバナンス、アナリティクスレイヤー横断のエンドツーエンドアーキテクチャ監視。
  • Python、PySpark、SQLのコーディング標準、ベストプラクティス、最適化でチーム指導。
  • クラウド採用、DevOps、自動化でエンジニア・アナリストをメンタリング。
  • BA/PM/QAチーム連携による要件-to-デリバリートレーサビリティ確保。
  • IDMC/IICSおよびInformatica DQを活用したデータ品質、メタデータ管理、リネージ、照合フレームワーク実装。
  • JIRA、Confluence、CI/CD DevOpsパイプラインでAgileベースのデリバリーエクセレンス推進。
  • アーキテクチャレビュー、パフォーマンスチューニング、スケーラビリティ評価実施。

業務経験

  • IT経験12年以上(うちデータソリューションアーキテクチャ5年以上)。
  • Informatica IDMC/IICS(CDI、CDQ)およびDatabricks(Delta Lake、PySpark、SQL)の専門知識。
  • Data Vault / Lakehouseアーキテクチャ設計・実装の実績。
  • データ変換向けPython、PySpark、SQLの強固なプログラミングスキル。
  • 日本製薬コマーシャルデータセット(IQVIA、Veeva、NHI薬価、DPC病院、卸売、クレーム、Rx、患者データ)のハンズオン経験。
  • AWS/Azure/GCPクラウドプラットフォームおよびDevOps CI/CDパイプラインの確かな経験。
  • 日本製薬データガバナンス、カタログ、リネージ、コンプライアンス基準の深い理解。
  • 優れたコミュニケーション・ステークホルダーエンゲージメントスキル(インド–日本デリバリーモデル協業能力)。

  • Databricks上での機械学習パイプライン経験。
