■ミッション(役割期待値)

VP of BizDevは、大企業に続々と導入が進むAIエージェントプロダクトを武器に、市場開拓・大型アカウント獲得を推進し、事業成長を最大化する責任者です。

エンタープライズ企業の経営層・人事責任者と直接向き合い、採用戦略の共創・プロセス設計・データ活用を通じて、採用を「選考業務」から「経営戦略」へと引き上げ、日本の採用基盤を変革へ導きます。

■業務詳細

【1】GTM・市場戦略の設計/推進

・パッケージ/価格/契約モデルの設計

・価値仮説検証(PoV/PoC)の設計と展開

【2】クライアント戦略共創・プロセス設計

・採用戦略・KPIを理解し、要件定義から選考プロセス設計までを共に構築

・AI面接官を活用した"新しい採用の仕組み"のデザイン・実装提案

・評価基準や判断軸を構造化し、経営レベルの意思決定を支援

【3】導入推進・改善コンサルティング

・オンボーディング計画の策定・実行、運用定着のリード

・データ分析(定量/定性)に基づく改善施策の企画・実行

・VOCを抽出し、プロダクト改善や新サービス開発へフィードバック

【4】アカウント成長・拡大型成長支援

・利用実績や社内浸透状況を踏まえたアップセル/クロスセル戦略を推進

・他部門・他職種への横展開提案

・中長期的に伴走するアカウントプランを策定し、持続的な価値創出を実現

【5】再現性とナレッジの仕組み化

・提案手法や設計知見のナレッジ化・体系化

・顧客課題を構造的にとらえ、仮説立案〜提案〜実行支援までを行った経験

・定量・定性のデータ分析をもとに、経営層・人事部・現場に対して改善提案を行った経験

・ドキュメントやスライドに落とし込み、経営層やCxOへのプレゼンテーションを行った経験

・不確実性の高い環境下で、探究心を持って課題解決に取り組み、成果を出した経験

・業務の枠を超えて主体的に行動し、事業や組織づくりに貢献した経験
