【具体的なお仕事内容】

赤坂見附駅スグ、落ち着いたオフィスビルが職場です。

3人チームで、以下の業務をローテーションします。

ビル内の定時巡回

決まったルートを通り、

不審物や異常がないかを確認します。

全フロアを回っても1時間程度の、

適度な運動になるお仕事です。

警備室での監視・受付対応

モニターをチェックしたり、

業者の方の入退館を確認・ご案内します。

基本は室内での座り仕事が中心です。

緊急時の一次対応・連絡

万が一の際は、マニュアルに沿って

関係各所に連絡。難しい判断を

一人ですることはありません。

勤務時間詳細


シフト制

変形労働時間制(週平均実働:40時間)

宿直12回程度の勤務 1ヶ月単位のスケジュール制

【しっかり休憩を取れる働き方】

担当いただくのは「宿直勤務」です。初めての方は慣れるまで少し時間がかかるかもしれませんが、ミドル・シニア層も活躍しているのでご安心ください。

・1回の勤務は8:30~翌8:30

・食事休憩(合計2時間)、夜間連続休憩(5時間)あり

・請負契約ですので、契約時間以外の早出や残業等はありません。

【シフトの決め方】

シフトサイクル: 月末に翌16日~翌々15日までの勤務予定を作成します。

例…9月末頃に、10/16~11/15の勤務予定を作成。

  • 1か月単位のシフト制

休日休暇

  • 1ヶ月単位のシフト制(月12日程度)

ご希望に応じてシフトを決定します。土日に勤務する場合もありますが、平日に振替休日があります。

  • 有給休暇(取得率は90%以上)

公休とあわせて連休を取り、家族と過ごしたり旅行をしたりする人も。リフレッシュする時間もたっぷりとれます。

~~「明け休み」とは?~~

宿直で8:30まで働いた場合、夜勤明けの日は出勤はありません(この日を "明け休み" と呼びます)。公休ではありませんが、体感的にはお休みになるため、ゆとりが持てます。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1226円 〜

  • 交通費全額支給
  • ミニボーナス年2回(6月・12月/昨年実績:合計4万円)
  • 家族手当(配偶者:月1000円、子1人につき:月1000円)
  • 宿直手当(深夜割増手当に上乗せ/宿直1回につき1000円)
  • 資格加算(時給に加算/防災センター要員講習:5円、自衛消防技術試験:30円、施設警備2級検定:15円 等)

給与例


月収28万円以上

(宿直12回の場合、各種手当込み)

交通費別途全額支給

正社員ですが給与は時間給制度となります。(1,226円~)

(60歳以上の方は嘱託社員、給与同条件)

選考プロセス


応募後、原則1営業日以内に返信しております。

面接は一次のみ、選考に3営業日程度お時間をいただいております。

採用内定後は入社日までに、雇入れ時の健康診断を受診(費用当社負担)。
