AIソリューションエンジニアとして、SMB(中小企業)領域を専門とするAIエージェントの開発・運用を担当いただきます。
AIプロダクトマネージャー(AI PdM)やエキスパートプロダクトマネージャー(エキスパートPdM)と密接に連携し、顧客価値を最大化するAIエージェントの実現を推進します。
具体的には以下の業務をお任せします:
・AI PdMおよびエキスパートPdMとの連携による要件定義、ユースケース設定
・AIエージェントの具体的な機能開発、プロトタイプ設計、精度検証
・AIエージェントプラットフォーム上でのエージェント実装、運用環境の構築
・AIエージェント間や他のマネーフォワード製品との連携設計・開発
・AIエージェントが提供するユーザー体験(UX/UI)の設計支援および改善提案
・AIエージェントの性能や安全性に関するモニタリング、品質管理、リスク管理
・開発成果の定期的な評価と改善活動を通じて、プロダクトの継続的な品質向上を推進
これらの業務を通じて、顧客がAIエージェントをバックオフィス担当者として自然に活用できる世界の実現を目指します。

AIエージェント開発経験
AIサービスを活用したWebサービス開発経験
事業やビジネスを理解した上で、分析や提案を行った経験
<求める語学力>
■英語
TOEIC700以上+英語での会議・テキストのやりとりが入社早々対応可能なレベル
※ TOEIC 以外にも英語力がわかる資格や経験をお持ちの方はご相談ください
例:英検準1級、英検2級(英検CSEスコア1950以上)、TOEFL iBT 60以上、IELTS 5.0以上、ケンブリッジ英語検定 FCE など
※ TOEIC700点相当以上の資格をお持ちでない方については選考の過程で当社指定の試験を受験いただきます。(原則、一次面接後を想定)
