職務内容

  • 再エネ発電所ごとのSPC(特別目的会社)における予算管理、会計、決算、税務対応を一気通貫で担当
  • M&A・会社設立時における税務・財務ストラクチャーの企画・実行(Tax Due Diligence、Structuring)
  • 子会社および開発案件の税務課題抽出・改善策立案、収支管理、連結パッケージ作成
  • 収支改善のための施策立案・実行、経営層へのレポーティング
  • DD・PMI など投資プロジェクトの税務面リード
  • 2名1組体制で3〜5社のSPCを担当(全体約15社)、ペアと協力しながら実務を推進

理想の人材
Must have(必須):

  • 以下2つのいずれか:

  • 税理士試験(法人税または消費税の科目合格含む)または公認会計士試験の合格

  • 事業投資・M&Aにおける税務DD、税務ストラクチャー設計の実務経験

  • 会計・税務・会社法の知識を幅広く保有し、予算〜決算まで一連の業務を遂行できる方

  • 収益改善策の立案・実行経験
  • 主体的に周囲と連携しながら業務を推進できるコミュニケーション力

Nice to have(歓迎)

  • 国際間取引を含む税務ストラクチャリング経験
  • SPC会計やプロジェクトファイナンス領域での業務経験
  • 英語での打合せや英文契約対応が可能な方(必須ではない)
  • USCPA+税理士法人での税務(特に消費税・関税)経験者

条件・待遇
Location

  • 東京都港区(浜松町エリア)
  • ※東京・神奈川のいずれかとなる可能性あり

Employment Type

  • 正社員(無期雇用)
  • 試用期間:3ヶ月

Salary / Benefits

  • 年収:600〜1200万円(経験・スキルに応じて決定)
  • 月給制、残業手当あり(管理監督者相当の場合は除く)
  • 昇給:年1回
  • 賞与:年2回(6月・12月)
  • 通勤費:規定により支給
  • 各種社会保険完備
  • 寮・社宅制度あり(条件あり)

Working Hours / Holidays

  • フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
  • 所定労働時間:7時間45分
  • 想定残業:月20〜30時間
  • 年間休日127日(完全週休2日制)
  • 有給休暇15〜20日、特別休暇、保存休暇、キャリアリフレクション休暇など
  • 在宅勤務・サテライトオフィス利用可(上長承認)
