職務概要
損害保険募集人は、日本における保険代理店業務の確立と規制遵守において重要な役割を果たします。このポジションは日本市場での成功に不可欠です。
主な職務
- ライセンス申請 日本における保険代理店ライセンス取得のための申請プロセスをリードし、管理する。
- 法規制の遵守 日本の保険関連法規を常に把握し、コンプライアンスを維持するために必要な手続きについてアドバイスを行う。
- 必要書類、報告書、申請書を作成し、日本の関係当局に提出する。
- 関係構築 監督当局、業界団体、現地の保険専門家との関係を構築・維持し、ライセンス取得プロセスを円滑に進める。
- 市場調査 市場調査を実施し、日本の保険事情、競合、市場動向を把握する。
- ビジネス・セットアップ: 社内のチームと協力し、オフィススペース、人材配置、ITインフラなど、日本での保険代理店事業を立ち上げる。
- 法務チームや経営陣と緊密に連携し、必要な法的規制がすべて整っていることを確認する。

Role Overview
As the Customer Experience Lead for our Japan expansion, you will be responsible for leading the customer-centric culture and ensuring that every interaction with our brand exceeds expectations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the overall customer journey, driving loyalty and advocacy among Japanese customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to new and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals. Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options based on their needs and risk profiles.
- Assist clients with the application and enrollment process for insurance policies. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time. Provide ongoing support to clients for policy servicing, changes, and claims processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust. Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on policy changes, renewals, and new product offerings. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the insurance industry. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to insurance sales and practices. Conduct business with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

- 日本での有効な損害保険募集人資格を有する方
- 損害保険業界での実務実績があり、免許申請手続き等に精通していること
- 日本の保険法規に関する深い知識
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と交渉力

- 勤務時間 このポジションはフルタイムのポジションですが、ライセンス申請中は勤務時間が変動する可能性があります。
- Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or related field.
- Possess or willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses and certifications as required by regulatory authorities.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and underwriting principles preferred.
