当社は50年以上にわたり、横浜市内の公共下水道管のメンテナンスや車道、公園といった公共施設の保守業務を担っています。

未経験の方、他業種から転職されてきた方など幅広い年齢の人が働いています。

勤務時間・曜日:

土日、祝日休み

8:00~17:00(休憩90分)

お任せするのは、横浜市民の生活に欠かせない下水道管路の調査や清掃。普段は目に見えないけれど、街のインフラを守る社会貢献度の高い仕事です。

\安心の育成体制/

独り立ちまでの目安は約3~6ヶ月。その間は先輩が丁寧に教えますカラーコーンの設置や簡単なタブレット操作などの補助業務から始めるので、焦らず自分のペースで覚えていけます。独り立ち後も、管理業務などが増えてきたら管理者が直接仕事を教えるなど、フォロー体制は万全です
