仕事内容:
国内外のゲームタイトルにおけるFQA(機能デバッグ)のリーダーとして、プロジェクトの品質管理全般を統括していただきます。
基本的にはシステム動作や進行、プラットフォーム適合性などの「技術的な検証」をメインに担当しますが、弊社の特性上、プロジェクトの状況に応じて言語品質(LQA)チームと連携し、グローバル展開を技術面から支える役割も担っていただきます。
<具体的な業務内容>
FQA(メイン業務):
テスト計画の策定、テストケース(項目書)の作成・監修。
プログラム上の不具合(進行不能、当たり判定、フラグ管理等)の特定と分析
各プラットフォーム(Switch/PS/Xbox/Steam等)のガイドライン適合性チェック
プロジェクトマネジメント:
5~20名程度のテスターチームの進捗管理およびクライアントワーク
バグレポートの検閲(再現手順の正確性、優先順位の精査)
LQA(サブ業務/連携):
プロジェクト次第では、多言語翻訳が実際のゲーム画面でシステムに与える影響(表示崩れ、クラッシュ等)の検証
言語面での違和感について、ネイティブテスターと開発者の橋渡し

【必須条件】
ゲームデバッグのリーダー経験(1年以上)
テスト計画、テスト項目書の作成および運用実務経験
【歓迎条件】
家庭用ゲーム機(コンシューマー)のマスターアップ・審査提出の経験
英語などの語学力(不問ですが、あれば業務の幅が広がります)
開発現場(デベロッパー)でのQA経験や、ゲームエンジン(Unity/UE等)の基礎知識
LQA(言語品質保証)の実務、またはローカライズの流れに興味がある方
