データ戦略関連業務(データエンジニア、ITアーキテクト、データガバナンス)のオープンポジションです。スキル・経験に応じて、以下いずれかの業務をご担当いただきます。
【役割】
以下のいずれかのポストで、国内外におけるMUFGのデータドリブン経営を事業の当事者としてリード
◆データエンジニア:全行対象のデータ標準化、マスタデータ整備、データモデル設計、データマート導入や、データ関連サービスのレベル向上
◆ITアーキテクト:全行対象のデータ基盤・分析基盤の導入や機能改善(AWS等のクラウド基盤・DWH・ DataLake・DataHub、BIツール等)
◆データガバナンス:データガバナンス態勢構築・維持に係る方針・ルール策定、マネジメント報告・監査対応、経営情報基盤に係る知見の文書化、データ資産のメタデータ管理
【求める人材】
[必須要件※以下いずれかのご経験]
■DWH・データ基盤等に係るデータマネジメント経験 または、
■システム開発プロジェクトの要件定義またはプロジェクトマネジメントの経験 または、
■金融業界でのリスク管理または財務・管理会計のデータ利活用経験、システム開発経験 または、
■DWH・データ基盤の企画・構築を推進した経験 または、
■金融機関のシステム開発プロジェクトへ参画した経験 または、
■システム企画業務やシステム開発プロジェクトを推進した経験 または、
■データの利用に関する社内のガバナンスルールを策定・運用した経験
【給与】
600万円~1300万円
※ご経験に応じて要相談致します。
