Roles and Responsibility

PoCから本開発(システムの本番導入)まで手がける案件の増加により、新たに開発エンジニアリングチームを立ち上げます。 弊社のソリューションデザイナや機械学習エンジニア、及び外部の協力会社と連携しながら、機械学習を用いたシステム/サービス開発を推進して頂きます。具体的には、PoC後の本番導入に向けて、機械学習システムの要件定義から設計・開発・テスト・運用までの一貫したフェーズをご担当いただきます。

• English here Due to the increasing number of projects involving the entire process from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full development (system production deployment), we are establishing a new development engineering team. Collaborating with our solution designers, machine learning engineers, and external partner companies, you will drive the development of systems and services using machine learning. Specifically, you will be responsible for the end-to-end phases, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, and operation, leading up to the full deployment after the PoC.

Minimum Requirements

Java, PHP, Go, Python, Rustなどを用いた3年以上のバックエンド開発経験

クラウド(AWS/GCP/Azureのいずれか)を活用したシステム開発経験

インフラ(オンプレ・クラウド問わず)の設計・構築経験

RDB設計・構築スキル

教師あり学習と教師なし学習の違いがわかる程度の基本的な機械学習の知識

システムの要件定義から、設計・実装・テスト・運用までの実務経験

GitHubまたはGitLabを活用したコード管理経験

プロジェクトリーダー経験

  • Over 3 years of backend development experience using Java, PHP, Go, Python, Rust, etc.
  • Experience in system development utilizing cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Experience in designing and building infrastructure (both on-premises and cloud)
  • Skills in designing and building RDB (Relational Database)
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning, understanding the difference between supervised and unsupervised learning
  • Practical experience from requirement definition to design, implementation, testing, and operation of systems
  • Experience in code management using GitHub or GitLab
  • Experience as a project leader
