We are an AI venture founded in 2016 by a CEO and CTO from BCG. Roles and Responsibility

PoCから本開発(システムの本番導入)まで手がける案件の増加により、新たに開発エンジニアリングチームを立ち上げます。本開発のエンジニアリングを主導しながら、チームの立ち上げをリードするプレイイングマネージャーを募集します。

具体的には、弊社のソリューションデザイナや機械学習エンジニア、及び外部の協力会社と連携しながら、機械学習を用いたシステム/サービス開発を推進して頂きます。また、弊社の機械学習エンジニアに対するシステム開発面での指導や育成、新たな開発エンジニアの採用、チームビルディングも担っていただきます。

Due to the increase in projects from PoC to full development (system production deployment), we are establishing a new development engineering team. We are looking for a playing manager to lead the establishment of the team while leading the engineering of full development.Specifically, you will promote the development of systems/services using machine learning in collaboration with our solution designers, machine learning engineers, and external partner companies. Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding and developing our machine learning engineers in terms of system development, recruiting new development engineers, and team building.

RDB設計・構築スキル

教師あり学習と教師なし学習の違いがわかる程度の基本的な機械学習の知識

システムの要件定義から、設計・実装・テスト・運用までの実務経験

GitHubまたはGitLabを活用したコード管理経験

プロジェクトマネジメント経験可性、コスト最適性、セキュリティを担保したシステムのアーキテクチャ設計経験

経験が浅いエンジニアへの半年以上の育成経験
