仕事内容:

ご相談いただいたお客様の不動産にするお困り事やご要望を、賃貸仲介・売買仲介などの不動産サービスを行い、問題解決・ご希望の実現に導くお仕事です。

また、働き方として時間や場所は自由でノルマもございません。

「自分の裁量で自由に働きたい」「将来の独立・起業のために力を付けたい」「不動産を所有しており大家力を上げたい」という方にはおすすめです。

2024年4月にオープンしたばかりのオフィスため、RE/MAX LINKのスタートアップとして、不動産エージェントにチャレンジしていただける仲間を募集いたします

▼不動産エージェントとは?

不動産といえば、遅くまで残業、休日出勤、毎月のノルマ、、、

そういったイメージをお持ちの方も多いと思います。

しかし、働く人が幸福でないと、お客様への本当の幸福は届けられないと弊社は考えます。

多くの人にとって人生で最も高価な買い物は不動産だと言われているなか、

会社目線ではなく、お客様目線で寄り添い問題解決に向き合えるのが、エージェントの強みです。自身の裁量で決めていくからこそ、やりたい仕事に好きなだけ時間をかけられる環境があります。

▼不動産業界未経験の方へ

不動産の仕事は難しそう…と不安に思われている方もいるかもしれませんが、まず大切なのはお客様のお話を「傾聴」し、「相手の想いに寄り添う」ことです。情報が無料で手に入る今だからこそお客様は情報の質よりもその情報源が信頼できるかを見るようになってきました。知識よりもまずは信頼関係を構築することが大事です。専門的なこと、分からないことはオフィスに持ちかえっていただければ全力でサポートいたします。

みなさんのお仕事をバックアップするオフィスオーナーは、不動産業で独立をして15年の経験があります。その為、貴方の気持ちに寄り添い、実現したい目標をオフィスは全力で応援し、サポートいたします。

給与:

成果報酬型となり、あなたに合った報酬プランをお選びいただけます。

最大80%を報酬として還元しているので、年収1000万円以上も夢ではありません。

※報酬率のプランは、ご自身で選択していただきますので、詳細は面談時にお伝えします。

※月額のエージェントフィーのお支払いが発生します。

【報酬例1】専業でバリバリ働きたい還元率80%の場合

5000万円の売買仲介(片手)

仲介手数料約150万円 × 80% = 約120万円

【報酬例2】家事・育児の合間で出来る範囲で頑張りたい還元率50%の場合

5000万円の売買仲介(片手)

仲介手数料約150万円 × 50% = 約75万円
