<和菓子や日本茶の魅力を伝えるお仕事>

*店内は和モダンで落ち着いた空間

*和菓子に詳しくない方も安心の事前研修あり

*表参道駅 A4出口より徒歩1分で毎日の通勤もラクラク

*年内最後の募集です

【仕事内容】

季節の生菓子をはじめとした

各種菓子のほか、

オリジナルの器や茶葉などを

販売していただきます。

<具体的には>

・注文受け、レジ

・季節の生菓子や当社の看板である

ひと口果子など各種菓子や

茶葉、茶器などの商品説明

・お客様のご用途に応じた贈り物の提案

・持ち帰り、贈答用の梱包 など

<例:1日の流れ(販売スタッフ/和菓子・日本茶専門店)>

10:00 出勤・開店準備

店内の清掃や商品の陳列、包装資材の準備などを行います。

その日の季節菓子や茶葉のラインナップを確認し、お客様にご案内できるよう整えます。

11:00 開店・接客スタート

お客様のご要望や用途を伺いながら、贈り物や手土産をご提案。

和菓子や日本茶の背景、素材や味の特徴を丁寧にお伝えします。

13:00 交代で休憩(1時間)

落ち着いた空間でしっかりリフレッシュ。スタッフ同士で交代しながら休憩を取ります。

14:00 午後の接客・包装作業

午後はギフト対応や配送の準備が増える時間帯。

包装紙の折り方や水引の扱いなど、細部にこだわった作業も大切なお仕事です。

17:00 閉店準備・片付け

売上の確認や在庫の整理、明日の準備などを行います。

最後のお客様まで心を込めてお見送りし、清掃を終えたら業務終了です。

19:00 退勤(お疲れ様でした)

本日も"おもてなしの心"を大切に、一日を終えます。

もともと日本文化や和菓子が好きで、HIGASHIYAの店舗や商品に魅力を感じて応募しました。

ただ"モノを売る"だけではなく、季節感や日本の美意識をお客様に伝える仕事に深く共感したのがきっかけです。

働いてみて感じたことは?

最初は知識もなく不安でしたが、研修でしっかり教えてもらえたので安心してスタートできました。

和菓子の種類や素材、包み方、お茶の淹れ方まで丁寧に学べる環境が整っていると思います。

やりがいを感じる瞬間は?

「この前おすすめしてくれた和菓子、とても喜ばれました」とリピートでご来店いただけた時は、本当にうれしかったですね。

お客様との会話の中で信頼関係が生まれるのも、この仕事ならではのやりがいです。

基本給:月給 25万7000円 〜

固定残業代:なし

月給には時間外労働30時間を含む

交通費は月額上限3万円
