■募集背景
2015年6月に設立された同社は、専門領域に特化した転職エージェントです。
2020年2月にオンラインの資格スクール「アガルートアカデミー」を運営する株式会社アガルートのグループとなりました。アガルートアカデミーは、司法試験をはじめ、多くの資格取得を支援しています。

資格取得だけではなく、その後のキャリア支援にも事業を拡大する背景で、
弁護士・法務・管理部門専門転職エージェント「アガルートキャリア」を開始しました。
そして、顧客のニーズや市場の成長性を鑑み、創業から培ってきた専門領域特化エージェントとしての強みを活かして、2023年11月からはITエンジニア専門の転職エージェント「テックルート」をスタートしています。

採用ニーズの高い領域に特化した結果、転職支援者数/取引企業も順調に拡大しています。
この成長を加速させる為に、特にエンタープライズ企業や外資系企業との接点拡大を目指しています。

■業務内容
-法律事務所をはじめとしたプロフェッショナルファーム、PEファンド、事業会社等、弁護士・法務人材の採用に課題を抱えている企業のキーマンとのお打ち合わせ設定
-必要に応じ面談ご同席
-営業戦略、サービス開発の立案相談
