Job Description

・オンコロジー領域経験必須

◆期待役割

以下を実施し、独力で、目標の達成および製品の市場浸透度を高める

①新規及び既存マーケットへの製品販売のプラン策定

②医薬品情報の提供

③マーケット情報の収集(競合他社の動向・市場環境、顧客ニーズ等)

④特定のエリアにおけるビジネスの成長機会及び脅威の特定

⑤他のメンバーに対して、助言をするなど良い影響を与える

◆主な業務活動(期待役割の要素に紐づく主な業務活動を番号で紐づけ)

・担当エリアにて顧客サービスを通じて、目標達成するまでの道筋をプランニング(①)

・Drを訪問し、自社製品を中心とした医薬品情報の提供/使用された医薬品の情報収集を行い、医薬品の適正な使用と普及を図る(薬剤部、看護部などステイクホルダーに対しても自社製品浸透のための情報提供、情報収集を行う)(②)

・関係特約店を訪問し、自社製品の使用状況等含め情報の収集と提供を行う (②・③)

・顧客満足度を高めるために、適切なフォローアップを検討し、実行する(②・③)

・新規顧客にコンタクトを取り、アポイントメントを取得する(②・③)

・目標の進捗やマーケット情報をマネジメント層に報告する(①・③)

・ビジネスにインパクトをもたらす要因を特定する(④)

・将来的に成長するであろうエリアを推薦する(④)

・チームメンバーに対しアドバイスを提供し、顧客サービスの品質向上を支援する(⑤)
