【求める人材】
[必須要件※以下いずれかのご経験(ないしは同程度の業務経験をお持ちの方)]
■企業の経営戦略/事業戦略を理解した上で、事業/業務/組織の問題点分析から改革/改善に向けた企画を立案できる力 または、
■自らの立案した企画/計画を社内外の関係者へ説明し、巻き込むコミュニケーション力 または、
■ビジネスの収益性分析を行い、製品/サービスを適切なモデルで顧客へ提供する目線を持ったビジネス感覚のある方 または、
■顧客情報システム部門やITベンダーとITに関する技術的なコミュニケーションを図れる力
※ただし、主たる顧客は情報システム部門ではなくビジネス部門になります

□デジタル戦略立案経験者
□組織改革や業務改革を完了まで遂行した経験
□SAP S/4HANA導入経験
□SaaSソリューション導入経験、または特定ソフトの資格保有
□HR-Techを活用した組織・人事改革経験者
□大規模システム開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験保有者(海外オフショア開発含むとなお良し)
□BIツールの利用経験
