応募資格

・短期大学、学士、修士、または博士課程に在籍中で、2028年3月末までに卒業予定であること

 ※インターン期間終了まで在学している必要があります

・2026年に3か月間のオンサイト(対面)インターンシップに参加可能であること

 ※インターン期間中のリモート勤務は不可

・テクノロジー分野での正社員としての職務経験が24ヶ月以内であること

 (インターン、研究、TA、軍務経験は除く)

ビザサポートが必要な留学生の方は、以下も満たす必要があります:

・修士課程以上に在籍している場合、応募時点で学士号の学位証明書を保持していること

 ※単位修了のみで学位証明書がない場合は対象外

・本インターンシップが、学位取得に必要なカリキュラムの一部、または単位認定の対象であること

勤務条件

・開始日: 2026年6月1日 または 2026年8月3日

・期間:3ヶ月

・勤務時間:週5日(40時間)

 ※ビザ条件や授業スケジュールにより、短時間勤務の調整が可能な場合あり

・給与形態:時給制

チームについて

Human System Integrationチームは、高度運転支援システムをドライバに安全・安心にご使用頂くのに重要な役割を果たすHuman Machine Interface(以下、HMI)を開発しています。運転支援レベルが高まるに連れて認知・判断・操作の一部をシステムが代行する範囲が拡大しているため、クルマとヒトの相互理解を促し、HMIを通して安全・安心な移動の自由を提供することを目指しています。HMI開発は多様な部署とコミュニケーションを取りながら、自ら手を動かしアイデアを具体的なコードに落とし込んでクルマの魅力に直結するソフトを開発できる舞台です。

次世代の高度運転支援システムに搭載されるHMI(ヒューマン・マシン・インターフェース)制御アプリケーションの先行開発に挑戦しませんか?私たちのチームでは、ドライバーに新しい体験を届けるために、車両から集まる多様な情報をもとに、メータやヘッドアップディスプレイ、マルチメディアシステムへの出力する情報を創り出すアプリケーションを開発します。AIの最先端技術を深く理解し、将来のHMI課題解決に挑戦したい方を歓迎します。確かなコーディングスキルと幅広いソフトウェア開発知識を活かして、PoC(Proof of Concept)として実装・評価を推進してください。技術力だけでなく、チームメンバーと積極的にコミュニケーションを取りながら、自分の考えを形にし、最後までやり遂げる力を持った方を求めています。

業務内容
  • 次世代のHMI(ヒューマン・マシン・インターフェース)制御アプリケーションを、実際に試作(PoC)として設計・実装します
  • シミュレータを使い、アプリケーションの動作やHMIの使い勝手を評価します
  • 評価結果はチームメンバーやプロジェクト関係者へ分かりやすく共有し、意見やアドバイスをもらいながら次の改善へとつなげていきます
必須条件
  • 機械学習のワークフロー(データ収集・整備、前処理、モデル作成、詳細分析、評価、展開、推論の効率化など)の経験がある方
  • PythonやC、C++でのプログラミング経験がある方
  • 業務において、文章や口頭を含む、日本語でのコミュニケーション能力と経験(JPL N1 or Nativeレベル)
  • 取り組む課題、解決方法をステークホルダーに示すことのできる論理的思考力と説明能力
  • 大学院修士課程(またはそれ以上)に在籍している方
歓迎条件
  • ドライビングシミュレータなどを使ったユーザービリティ評価の経験がある
  • UX(ユーザー体験)の企画やインタラクティブなデザインに関する経験がある
  • 運転支援や自動運転システムの開発や評価を行ったことがある
  • 機械学習の最新動向(大規模言語モデル、ファウンデーションモデル、事前学習や効率的なファインチューニング、マルチモーダルTransformerアーキテクチャなど)に詳しい
  • PyTorchやTensorFlowなどの機械学習フレームワークの利用経験がある方
  • AWS、GCP、Azure、Githubなど、最新のクラウドサービスを使ったことがある方
