Job Responsibilities:
Within our department, we leverage advanced technologies, such as those from the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), Technology Initiative Group, and Data Science Initiative, which promote the use of generative AI.
In this position, as a member of the Digital Planning Promotion team, you will promote and drive the Proof of Concept (PoC) and development of applications and services utilizing generative AI and other technologies.
Requirements (indicate mandatory and/or preferred credentials):
Essential Requirements
Development experience in Python, Java, etc. (approximately 3 years or more)
Development experience using SQL and RDB (approximately 3 years or more)
Front-end system development experience
Agile and Scrum development experience
Business-level Japanese language skills
Must value teamwork
Preferred Requirements (Advantageous if applicable)
Experience in AI/Machine Learning development projects (applicable to any process, including data cleansing, model development, or MLOps)
Experience leading development teams
Practical experience in the financial industry (Securities, Banking, Asset Management, Leasing, etc.) - including projects involving vendors
Experience in IT security and ITIL-related operations
Securities Sales Representative qualification
Internal Manager qualification

応募資格
必須要件 Python、Java等での開発経験SQL及びRDBを用いた開発経験(約3年以上)
フロントエンドシステムの開発経験 アジャイル及びスクラム開発の経験
ビジネスレベルの日本語力 チームワークを重視できる方 尚可要件(あれば尚可)
AI・機械学習開発プロジェクト経験(データクレンジング、モデル開発、MLOps等、いずれの工程でも可) 開発チームのリード経験 金融業界(証券、銀行、アセットマネジメント、リース等)における実務経験(ベンダーとしての関与案件も含む)
ITセキュリティ・ITIL関連業務の経験 証券外務員資格 内部管理責任者資格
