主な業務内容

・海外子会社の英語話者エンジニアと協業してのサービス開発

・機械学習モデルの設計、実装、検証

・MLOpsのベストプラクティスに基づいたCI/CDパイプライン、トレーニング、モデルモニタリング、バージョン管理の推進

・機械学習モデルのパフォーマンスやスケーラビリティの最適化

・LLMのファインチューニングや、トレーニングの設計・実装

・機械学習、MLOps、LLMの最新動向を常に把握し、新しい技術や方法論の調査・実行提案

(詳しい業務は、ご経験やご希望に応じて決定いたします。)

開発環境

・プログラミング言語: Python, C#(ASP.NET Core)

・データベース: Microsoft SQL Server

・機械学習: Azure OpenAI

応募資格(必須)

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(会話・読解・ライティング)

・NLP(Natural Language Processing, 自然言語処理)を活用した機械学習モデルの開発・運用経験、またはデータサイエンスの実務経験(1年以上)

・コンピュータサイエンス、データサイエンス、数学、統計学等の学士号・修士号取得者、または同等の知識・経験

・パブリッククラウド環境での開発経験

・エンジニア以外のメンバーと協力しながら、継続的な開発・運用を通じてサービスを成長させた経験
