職務内容:
- デプロイメントサポート
- プロジェクトに必要な部品構成表を確認してハードウェアを調達
- ドキュメントに従ってデバイスの設置を行い、必要に応じてドキュメントを修正
- ロボットピッキング環境を設定し、ハードウェアとソフトウェアのテストを実施
- プロジェクトごとに適切なハードウェアを選定
- 日本オフィスでのハードウェア在庫管理の標準操作手順を確立
- 学習用データ収集およびシステムテストサポート
- 様々なセンサーからデータを収集するためにロボットを操作
- 開発チームからテスト要件を収集し、テスト計画を準備
- ロボットハードウェア上で実験を実行し、ソフトウェアをテスト
- 様々な機械学習モデルのパフォーマンス指標を追跡
- エラーを報告し、AI・ロボット制御チームとともに解決策を考案
- 営業サポート
- セールスデモを実行し、電気および機械システムのトラブルシューティングを行い、機器が正常に動作するようにする
- 日本オフィスで予防保守、修理、テスト、診断タスクを管理
- ピッキングテストのビデオを録画
- 顧客向けのフィージビリティスタディレポートを作成
必須要件:

- Linux/macOSコマンドライン環境での実務経験

歓迎要件:
- Pythonおよび/またはRustのプログラミング経験

- 機械、電気、またはソフトウェアシステムにおける2年以上の実務経験

Responsibilities (What you'll be doing):
- Deployment support
- Procure the hardware by looking the BOM for the project
- Commission the devices by following the documentation and modify the documentation when needed
- Setup the robot picking environment and test hardware and software
- Establish standard operating procedures for the management of internal hardware inventory at Japan office
- Data collection and system test support
- Operate a robot to record data (both manually and programmatically) from a variety of sensors, potentially including simulations
- Collect test requirements from R&D and product teams; use them to prepare a test plan
- Run experiments and test software on robotic hardware
- Track performance metrics for various machine learning models
- Report errors and brainstorm solutions with the AI and robotic control teams
- Sales support
- Run the sales demo and contribute by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems to make sure equipment is operational
- Manage on-site preventative maintenance, repair, test, and diagnostic tasks in Japan office
- Record the videos of the picking test
- Write up the feasibility study report for customers
Experience and skills you'll need:
- Patience and diligence to solve problems
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments
- Hands-on experience working in a Linux/macOS command line environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to write up the research report
- Speak Japanese
- Reading and Written English
- Graduated or currently pursuing BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
Bonus if you have:
- Python and/or Rust programming experience
- Experience working with robots, robotic sensors including 3D cameras and grippers
- 2 + years of hands-on work experience in mechanical, electrical or software systems
- Project management skill
