職務内容
- 電話・メール・チャット・SNSでの顧客対応(商品、在庫、修理、購入相談など)
- ブランド価値を伝えながら販売活動を実施
- クライアンテリング活動の計画・実行
- 顧客との信頼関係構築、ロイヤルティ向上
理想の人材
- カスタマーサービスまたはリテール業界の接客や販売の経験
- Luxury業界に関する知識や興味
- 高いコミュニケーション能力

What's On Offer
- 年間休日約120日(土日祝含むシフト制)
- 実働7時間+休憩75分、週5日勤務
- ハイブリッド勤務(週最大1日在宅可)
