募集ポジション 人事(採用・組織開発)/ コーポレート ポジションの魅力 私たちリチェルカは、「AIの社会実装」をミッションに、SCMという巨大な市場の変革に挑んでいます。 プロダクト(RECERQA)が急成長する今、リチェルカの「組織」も「01」のフェーズを迎えています。本ポジションは、その未来の組織基盤とカルチャーをゼロから設計・実行する、経営の中核を担う役割です。 ミッションは、CEOや経営陣と密に連携し、「リチェルカの事業戦略を実現するために、どのような組織であるべきか」を定義すること。 「クラフトマンシップ」を持つトップタレントをどう採用するか(採用戦略) 彼らが「スピードしか勝たん」で活躍できる環境をどう創るか(オンボーディング) 「健全なコンフリクト」を恐れない組織文化をどう醸成するか(カルチャー) 成果を出したメンバーが報われる仕組みをどう設計するか(人事制度) これら全てに裁量権を持ち、採用・制度・カルチャー・労務までを一気通貫でリードできる。まさに「会社の土台を創る」ダイナミズムが、このポジションにはあります。 業務内容 (主な業務内容) ・経営戦略と連動した「採用戦略」のリード 事業計画に基づき、採用すべき人物像(ペルソナ)の定義、採用計画の立案、予算策定を行います。 リチェルカの魅力を発信する採用広報(note、イベント、Tech Blog連携)を企画・実行します。 採用チャネル(媒体、エージェント、リファラル)の最適化、選考プロセスの設計・運用、面接・面談の実施まで、採用活動全般をドライブします。 ・「スピードしか勝たん」を実現するオンボーディング 新入社員が即戦力としてバリューを発揮し、早期に立ち上がるためのオンボーディングプログラム(研修、メンター制度など)を企画・実行・改善します。 ・「クラフトマンシップ」が報われる人事制度の構築 当社のバリューを体現し、成果を出したメンバーが公正に評価され報われるための評価制度・報酬制度の「01」設計、および運用・改善を担います。 ・バリューを浸透させるカルチャー醸成 「健全なコンフリクト」「良い人であれ」といったバリューを全社に浸透させ、組織の一体感を高めるための社内広報や施策を企画・実行します。 ・盤石な組織基盤となる労務・総務 急速な組織拡大に耐えうる労務管理(勤怠、給与計算、社会保険手続き、入退社手続き)の仕組み化と運用を担います。 契約書管理、オフィス環境整備などの総務業務も幅広く担当します。
必須スキル
以下のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方(目安:2年以上) ・事業会社における中途採用の実務経験 (例:採用戦略の立案、母集団形成、エージェントコントロール、ダイレクトリクルーティング、クロージング面談など) ・人材紹介会社(エージェント)での実務経験 (例:RA(法人営業)またはCA(候補者担当)として、高い成果を出したご経験。特にIT/Web/スタートアップ領域の担当経験) 外国籍の方の場合:N1以上、日本企業での就業経験がある方

・急成長フェーズのスタートアップやベンチャー企業(目安:数十名〜100名規模)での人事・採用経験 ・採用広報・採用ブランディング(Tech Blog運用支援、イベント企画、SNS発信など)の企画・実行経験 ・ダイレクトリクルーティング(スカウト送付、カジュアル面談)やエージェントマネジメントで高い成果を出したご経験 ・人事制度(評価、等級、報酬)の設計・導入・運用のご経験 ・組織開発やカルチャー醸成(オンボーディング、社内イベント、バリュー浸透施策など)のご経験 ・労務管理(勤怠、給与計算、社会保険)の実務経験、または知識

給与
年収400万円〜800万円 月給34万円〜67万円 基本給251,560円〜495,722円 ※固定残業時間は45時間/月、88,440円~174,278円。超過分については別途支給。
