必要な条件/経験:

コンピュータ サイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連する技術分野の学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
顧客対応を行う職種で、ステークホルダーと連携してお客様の技術実装や変革プログラムを推進した 5 年以上の経験。
クラウド オペレーション(運用開始およびキャパシティ プランニング、プロダクトのリリース管理など)、テクニカル サポート、エスカレーション管理、IT コンサルティングのいずれかでお客様をサポートした経験。
アプリケーションやワークロードをパブリック クラウド プロバイダに移行した経験、グローバルなプロジェクトやチームを主導した経験、顧客やパートナーと協力して業務を遂行した経験。
日本語と英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、社内外の担当者とスムーズに連絡を取り合えること。

望ましい経験/スキル:

ビジネス要件から技術的ソリューションを導き出した経験。
チーム、グループ、ビジネス ユニット、チャネル パートナー、システム インテグレータ、サードパーティ デベロッパーと協力してソリューションを提供した経験。
IT 運用、データベース システム、ネットワーキング、IT セキュリティ、アプリケーション開発、サービス アーキテクチャ、クラウドネイティブ アプリケーション開発、ホスト型サービス、ストレージ システム、コンテンツ配信ネットワークなどに関する知識。
優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、問題解決能力、マネジメント能力。

テクニカル アカウント マネージャー(TAM)は、お客様に対して Google Cloud プロダクトの導入支援を行うポジションです。Google Cloud に移行する組織のお客様を技術面からサポートし、Google Cloud の導入による変革を成功に導いてください。また、クラウド コンサルティングの提供を管理してお客様のエンゲージメントを高め、さまざまな Google Cloud サービスを導入していただけるよう働きかけることも職務の一環です。この職種では、企業の上層部や部門横断型の地理的に分散したチームなど、さまざまなステークホルダー グループと関係を築くことが求められます。

業務内容

導入プロセスを主導することで、お客様の Google Cloud 導入を促進する。技術的なアドバイスを提供するとともに、タイムライン、マイルストーン、移行目標、ビジネス変革戦略を管理する。
お客様のニーズを社内に伝えることで、導入の障害を克服するとともに、新たな機能の開発に貢献する。複数のワークストリームとチームをまとめて主導し、お客様のクラウド導入作業がスムーズに進むようにする。
ステークホルダーと関係を構築して、お客様のビジネスを理解し、ロードマップを策定する。また、ビジネス上および技術上のニーズをよりよく理解するために、四半期ビジネス レビューや経営幹部との会議を主催する。
サポートチーム、エンジニア、サイト信頼性エンジニアと協力して、お客様のイベントやリリースの計画を立案し、成功に導く。また、お客様およびサポートチームと協力して、問題やエスカレーションを解決に導く。
