<採用背景> 当社は「STARTUP DB」を中核に、非連続的な高成長を続けており、組織規模が急速に拡大しています。 企業の持続的な成長と市場からの高い信頼に応えるため、法務、総務、情シスといった組織基盤を担う主要な管理機能を統合的に統括し、高度な経営基盤の確立を主導する部長候補を募集します。 業務内容 経営管理部門の責任者として、組織のインフラ整備、リスク管理、および業務のデジタル化を推進していただきます。 管理機能の統合統括と戦略推進 ・法務、総務、情シスの各部門の機能戦略を策定・実行し、組織横断的な連携と業務効率化を推進 ・部門メンバーのマネジメント、育成、および管理部門全体の採用計画立案 法務・コンプライアンス・リスク管理の主導 ・各事業に関わる高度な契約審査・リスク管理の最終責任 ・厳格な内部統制(J-SOX)の運用と、全社的なリスクマネジメント体制の企画・推進 ・株主総会・取締役会運営に関する事務局機能の統括 情報システム(情シス)機能の戦略的活用 ・全社のITインフラ、セキュリティ体制の強化、および管理部門のDX推進戦略の策定 ・社内システムの安定運用と、業務効率化に向けたシステム導入の推進 総務機能の最適化 ・オフィス環境整備、資産管理におけるコンプライアンス遵守と効率化。 ・全社的な規程・マニュアルの整備と浸透。 ※各部門にはMGRを配置
必須スキル
・上場企業またはそれに準ずる規模の企業において、複数部門(法務、総務、情シスなどから2部門以上)を統括した責任者またはマネージャー経験(3年以上)。 ・法務機能の統括経験、または企業法務に関する深い知識とリスク管理の実務経験。 ・内部統制(J-SOX)の設計、運用、評価に関する実務経験。 ・組織横断的なマネジメントと、複雑な課題解決を主導した実績。
歓迎スキル
・情シス部門の責任者として、全社的なシステム刷新やDXを推進した経験。 ・M&Aにおける法務・総務・ITデューデリジェンスの実務経験。 ・弁護士資格または、企業法務に関する深い専門性。 ・上場企業または非連続な成長フェーズにある企業での組織基盤構築経験。
