【職務内容】
経理室、財務室のマネジメントを担っていただきます。
また、各種会議体や事業部門への業績報告や分析レポートの提出をご担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
■経営資料の作成・事業分析・改善提案等
■会社法・金商法に基づく会計監査対応
■半期報告書、有価証券報告書の作成・開示業務
■連結予算・中計の策定業務
【組織構成】
経理財務部 8名
(部長、マネジャー2名、メンバー5名(契約社員1名、嘱託社員1名含む))(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須要件・スキル】
■上場企業もしくはIPO準備中の企業様でのご経験
■組織マネジメントの経験
【歓迎要件・スキル】
■中期経営計画に関わった経験 または今後携わりたい意欲のある方
■日商簿記2級以上
■税務の経験
