▼会社・ポジション概要

私たちは、「ノンデスク産業」という巨大市場が抱える構造課題(人手不足・労働生産性など)の解決に挑むスタートアップです。業界特化で培ったアセットと、プロダクト/オペレーションの両面から複数事業を立ち上げ・拡大してきました。

本ポジションは、まずは広告運用責任者として、当社の最大投資領域である運用広告の勝ち筋を確立していただきます。その上で、再現性のある獲得モデルを組織・事業にインストールし、マーケティング責任者(CMO)として管掌範囲を拡大していくポジションです。

当社では、広告投資が事業成長の最大ドライバーであり、媒体選定・予算配分・KPI設計はそのまま経営判断になります。そのため本ポジションは、広告運用責任者でありながら、事業成長を担うCMOとしての役割を期待しています。

▼業務内容

まずは、広告予算を活用し、人材事業の求職者獲得/求人応募獲得の最大化をリードしていただきます。並行して、営業・ディレクター・デザイナーと連携しながら、LP/サイト改善などインハウスならではの高速PDCAで成果を伸ばします。

その後、事業理解の深まりに合わせて、KPI設計・投資判断(ROI)・マーケ組織の構築(採用/育成/評価)・生産性改善まで管掌範囲を広げ、将来的にはCMOとして全社マーケティングを統括いただく想定です。

【業務内容例(ご経験に応じてお任せします)】

▼広告運用による求職者獲得/求人応募獲得の最大化(ハンズオン/ディレクション)

・リスティング/ディスプレイ等の媒体戦略の策定~実行

┗媒体の設計(アカウント構造・入札・配信設計)、運用、改善

・クリエイティブの検証設計、勝ちパターンの再現・横展開

▼広告効果改善を目的としたLP/サイト改善

・CVR改善、導線/訴求の改善、要件整理〜実装推進

▼事業戦略と紐付いたメディア/SEO/コンテンツの推進(XWork等)

・メディアコンセプト策定、キーワード設計

・SEO内部施策(サイト構造/URL/内部リンク設計)、SEO外部施策(ナチュラルリンク獲得)

▼計測/分析基盤の整備とKPI運用

・ダッシュボード整備、モニタリング体制構築、改善優先順位付け

▼複数事業のオンライン/オフライン集客の企画〜実行

・集客方針整理、予算配分、KPI設計

・既存施策の深掘り/新規媒体・新施策の検証〜導入

▼インハウス連携による改善推進

・営業、ディレクター、エンジニア、デザイナー等と連携し、制作/開発を推進

・採用、育成、マネジメント、評価制度策定/運用

【求める人材】

必須要件

【必須条件】

■ 運用型広告の実務経験(目安5年以上)

・Google広告 / Yahoo広告(リスティング・ディスプレイ)の運用経験

┗月3,000万以上の運用経験があることが望ましい

■ 求職者リード / 求人応募獲得の実務経験(人材領域必須)

・事業成果に紐づくKPIで獲得を伸ばした経験

■ 数値に基づく課題特定〜仮説設計〜改善の経験

・分析→打ち手選定→検証→学習を自走できる

・Meta(Facebook/Instagram)、X、TikTok、Criteo、Indeed等の運用経験

・計測設計(GA4 / GTM 等)、CRM/MA連携の経験

・SQL / GAS 等を用いたデータ集計・業務効率化(独学可)

・UI/UX改善の推進経験(ユーザビリティテスト設計・実施、体験設計の構想など)

・チームマネジメント経験(採用・育成・評価)

・大規模予算の運用経験(例:月間1億円規模)

【給与】

入社時想定年収 800 万円〜1500 万円

基本給(月額) 269,932円 ~

固定時間外手当(月額) 135,205円 ~

※賞与(年2回支給)を年収に含む

※固定残業代:原則として40時間相当

※固定残業代を超過した分の時間外労働手当は全額支給
