【仕事内容】
本田技研工業の国内ビジネスを改革するために設立された本田技研工業の100%出資の子会社である同社にて、企業法務・組織法務などの業務をお任せできる方を募集します。
【業務内容詳細】
- 企業法務
ビジネス企画部署からの法務相談対応、契約書等のリーガルチェック
各種契約書の作成、サポート/規約・約款作成、弁護士への法律相談
訴訟当の法的手続きへの対応(親会社との連携)等
- 組織法務
株主総会、取締役会等の重要会議運営
法的諸業務の事務手続き、法務局への申請等
- コンプライアンス・リスクマネジメント
社内における規定の整備、法令改正対応
社内の知識向上や意識浸透への諸施策企画、運営
- 将来的に従事する可能性のある仕事内容 同社業務全般
- 所属部署の年齢・性別構成
総務グループに配属となります。人事・総務課にて構成されており、課長以下人事グループと総務グループ(正規6名)にて構成されています。
【応募資格】
以下いずれも有する方
・事業会社や法律事務所での企業法務・コンプライアンス業務の実務経験5年以上
・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)を持っている方
【募集背景】
組織体制強化を目的とした増員募集です。
同社は今年1月にホンダコムテックを吸収合併する形で組織再編し、ホンダの四輪車販売後のビジネス開発やオンライン企画を担う組織として走り出しています。

【給与】
500万円〜700万円
月給制 基本給275000円〜
残業代全額支給
