【担当業務】
流通、消費財、小売、総合商社の業界を担当するチームで、企業の経営層、経営企画部門、サステナビリティ推進部門、事業部門に対て、サステナビリティ・ESG・環境課題・社会課題領域の戦略策定、業務変革、情報開示と、企業のSX(サステナビリティトランスフォーメーション)を推進するための幅広いご支援を提供します。

・事業の外部インパクト評価
・サステナビリティ新規事業創出

【担当領域】

【必要な経験・スキル】
▼共通
・コンサルティング経験、または事業会社でのサステナビリティ関連業務でのご経験
・社内・社外から役割や職能の異なるメンバーを巻き込みプロジェクトを推進したご経験
▼マネジャー ~ディレクター
・サステナビリティ、ESG、環境・社会分野における業務経験・コンサルティング経験を有する方
・主担当者として複数のチームメンバーをリードした経験
▼シニアアソシエイト以下
・コンサルティング、監査法人、またはシンクタンクでの実務経験2年以上の方
・事業会社のサステナビリティ部門にて実務経験3年以上の方
【望ましい経験・スキル】
・サステナビリティの各領域における業務経験(気候変動、サーキュラーエコノミー、生物多様性、人権等)
・流通・消費財業界、総合商社業界での業務経験、業界知識
・コンサルタントとして実務遂行できるレベルでのPPT、Excel、Word等の資料作成能力
