店舗運営業務(調理業務、接客業務)をお任せいたします。

<具体的には>

【調理業務】

・串準備や食材カット

・一品料理の盛付

・調理補助や洗い場業務など

【接客業務】

・席へのご案内

・配膳、レジ

・食器片づけ、清掃など

14店舗を展開しております

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

完全週休2日制(曜日応相談)

10:00~26:00のうち実働8時間

※10:00~18:00など時短勤務も応相談

給与詳細


基本給:月給 20万5000円 〜 36万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 残業代は別途全額支給
  • インセンティブあり(5万~50万円/規定あり)
  • 祝い金あり(10万円/規定あり)
  • 皆勤手当1万円あり
  • 通勤手当あり(全額支給)

給与例


・一般社員(入社1年目・24歳)

年収320万円=月給25万円+各種手当+賞与

※残業代は別途全額支給

・一般社員(入社2年目・25歳)

年収360万円=月給28万円+各種手当+賞与

※残業代は別途全額支給

・一般社員(入社5年目・28歳)

年収480万円=月給36万円+各種手当+賞与

※残業代は別途全額支給
