店舗運営業務(調理業務、接客業務)をお任せいたします。

<具体的には>

【調理業務】

・串準備や食材カット

・一品料理の盛付

・調理補助や洗い場業務など

【接客業務】

・席へのご案内

・配膳、レジ

・食器片づけ、清掃など

14店舗を展開しております

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 23日

シフト制(実働8時間)

・10:00~26:00

※店舗により異なります

※終電考慮いたします。

※残業は無し~40時間程度

普段から2連休も可能です

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 50万円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※固定残業代2万9425円/20時間、固定深夜手当3000円含む

※超過分は別途全額支給

  • インセンティブあり(5万~50万円/規定あり)
  • 祝い金あり(10万円/規定あり)
  • 皆勤手当1万円あり
  • 通勤手当あり(全額支給)

給与例


・一般社員(入社4年目・27歳)

年収480万円

(月給36万円/固定残業代20時間分の2万9400円含む※超過分は別途全額支給×12ヶ月)+各種手当+賞与

・店長(入社5年目・30歳)

年収550万円

(月給40万円/固定残業代20時間分の2万9400円含む※超過分は別途全額支給×12ヶ月)+各種手当+賞与

・エリアマネージャー(入社2年目・45歳)

年収800万円

(月給50万円/固定残業代20時間分の2万9400円含む※超過分は別途全額支給×12ヶ月)+各種手当+賞与
