仕事の醍醐味
クライアントの課題に対し、チラシ・WEB広告・SNS・イベントなど、多彩な手法から最適なプランを**"オーダーメイド"**でご提案します。あなたの発想力が直接、企業の売上アップや集客という「目に見える成果」に繋がる、手応え抜群のお仕事です
具体的な業務内容
入社後は、既存顧客のフォローからスタート一歩ずつ道を歩めます。
・既存顧客の伴走支援:1人あたり4〜6社(10店舗前後)を担当。
・企画立案・プランニング:集客最大化のための戦略を練り上げます。
・クリエイティブ管理:デザイナーへの発注や制作物の進行管理。
・最新プロモーションの実行:
・SNSキャンペーンの企画・運用
・インフルエンサーのキャスティング
・リアルイベント(フェス等)の運営・スタッフ育成
・データ分析:WEB広告の効果を分析し、次なる一手へ繋げます。

求めている人材
普通自動車運転免許必須(AT限定可)
※業務で日常的に車を使用するため、運転に慣れている方
業界や営業のご経験をお持ちの方は優遇しますが、選考においては意欲や人柄を最も重視しています。
未経験の方も安心してチャレンジできる環境ですので、ぜひご応募ください。

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 40万円
