「物流チーム/フロント担当/産業戦略立案・調査【産業戦略部】」のポジションの求人です
◎2024年4月より部に昇格した産業戦略部の ≪物流チーム≫ にて下記業務をお任せ致します。
◎商工中金は物流業界に対しての融資割合が他行の2~3倍と高く、インパクトの大きい領域です。物流業界の課題(2024年問題、多重下請け構造、ドライバー不足…等)を踏まえ再編を促していくミッションがございます。
◎フロント担当として、物流事業者の経営者と戦略ディスカッション、アライアンス・M&A提案、業界再編の推進に関わる業務をお任せ致します。
【職務内容】
■日本経済を支える中小企業の事業継続及び経営力強化に向けて、
産業調査をベースに業界・個別企業の戦略立案・実行までを支援するお仕事です。
■今回は物流チームにて募集致します。
(1)産業全体や特定業種のPEST分析などフレームワークを活用した分析、
特定業種の共通課題の把握、産業調査を含むマーケティング視点に基づく
当金庫が取りうる戦略構想
(2)個別業種が競争力や持続性を高めるための産業変革に係る戦略立案
(3)業界戦略に基づく個別企業の戦略・戦術の創造、交渉、実行
【配属組織】産業戦略部
□部全体で計22名
□物流・GX・DX・自動車の4つの分野に分かれています。
□物流チーム:社員3.5名体制。 ★今回配属となるチームです★
□GXチーム:社員3名、専門派遣2名の5名体制。企画部隊とコンサル部隊に分かれています。
□中途入社の方も活躍中。(メーカー・コンサル・調査会社出身 等)
□領域横断でマクロリサーチを行うインテリジェンスチームも発足しています。

【必須要件】
■下記いずれかのご経験
・物流専門コンサル企業での業務経験(法人営業 or 企画 or 戦略関連業務 等)
・物流会社での業務経験
・金融機関の産業調査/産業戦略/業界調査 部門で物流領域に関わる業務経験
・戦略/総合コンサル企業での物流領域に関わる業務経験
【給与】
年収 800 ~ 1100 万円
※上記年収は賞与を含んだ標準的なモデルケースです。
※月給は新卒入社時の金額を参考に表記
※ご経験に応じ、1100万円以上の提示可能性有
※規定により、55歳を超えると賃金体系の見直しが行われます。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
