仕事内容

グループ企業4社にわたる従業員(清掃員・マンション管理員・警備員など)の求人から採用、入社後のフォローまでをトータルでサポートするお仕事。

今回は、千葉市周辺~東京23区を含む東部エリアでの採用業務をお任せできる新メンバーを募集します。

【具体的には】

以下の社内フローに沿って、採用活動全体をお任せします。

経験に応じて少しずつ担当範囲を広げていっていただきます。

・募集依頼の受付、求人掲載

・面接のスケジュール調整・実施

・選考採否連絡

・入社後のフォローや初期研修の対応など

・社内ツール:Teams(連絡)、サイボウズ(グループウェア)

・応募者との連絡:電話・SMS (ショートメール) 中心

・社外打ち合わせ

・事務処理

など

※会議等で本社へ出社の場合あり

【仕事の特徴】

・求人の約80%が建物清掃員やマンション管理員(年齢層は60代が中心)

・独り立ち後の面接や対応先は東京23区~千葉市周辺を中心に対応(移動の多い仕事)

・採用業務に関わる社内ルールは確立されているため、独り立ち後は裁量高く動ける環境

・柔軟なスケジューリングが可能(フレックスタイム制、リモートワーク)

・みなし残業制度あり (残業はほぼありません)

給与


月給260,000円~330,000円

※経験・スキルに応じて決定
