Category Adoption Manager (CAM), Governmentは、日本の公共セクター(主に中央省庁)にフォーカスするために新設されたポジションです。CAMはStrategic Sales(アカウント営業)と連携して、利用府省庁の購買ニーズや課題を把握し、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら必要なソリューションを提案します。
Key job responsibilities
本ポジションの候補者はB2Bのお客様のために、革新的なソリューションを分析、定義、実装する大規模なプロジェクトをリードして頂きます。また、営業、商品管理、カテゴリー管理、Amazonリーダーシップなど、Amazon社内の様々なチームと密接に連携し、お客様のニーズや要件を伝え、最大手のお客様に対するソリューションの推進と優先順位付けを行っていただきます。多くのステークホルダーを調整し、プロジェクトの全フェーズ(プロジェクトスコープ、問題処理、リスク管理、エスカレーション管理など)を計画、整理、管理できるプロジェクトマネジメントに秀でた人材が求められています。顧客のために問題を解決することが好きで、ステークホルダー(Cレベル)と密接に仕事をした経験があり、プログラム目標や収益目標を達成し、それを上回る実績を持つ方が理想的です。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント及びコンサルティング経験- 実証された分析能力と社内外の人々に影響を与える能力
- 事業開発、コンサルティングもしくは営業の職歴
- チームメンバや顧客の信頼を勝ち取ることのできる高いコミュニケーション能力
- 大卒相当学歴
- 日本語:ビジネス上級(対外交渉ができる、社内経営陣へのプレゼンテーションができる)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10年以上の公共セクター、もしくはEnterprise企業での職務経験- 複雑な案件のマネージメント経験
- MBA相当の学歴
- 高いコミュニケーション能力・ドキュメント作成能力
- 自発的かつスピード感をもった職務遂行能力
- 内外の組織との効率的なコラボレーション
- 英語:ビジネス中級(社内チーム会議、社内ステークホルダーとの交渉ができる)
