職務概要
世界中の人々の医療ニーズに応えるグローバル企業である同社にて、既に取引のある病院や医療施設、販売代理店を中心に、ストーマケア製品(人工肛門・人工膀胱の管理用品)のプロモーション業務を行います。
同社製品は、『Hollister』『Dansac』というブランドごとに、各600種類以上の製品をそろえております。20~30件を担当する病院・販売代理店に何度も足を運び、提案する中で、じっくり信頼関係を築いていきます。

・営業経験3年以上

業務内容
職務内容
1)販売計画…個人販売計画を立案し、実行する
2)顧客の開発・維持…営業先との良好な関係を築き、ターゲット先を絞り込み、営業活動を実行する※看護師が対象となるケースが多いです。
3)勉強会/セミナーの提案・実施…新製品やサービス・変更内容等の情報を営業先に継続的に提案し、勉強会やセミナーを提案・実行する
業務補足
1)病院・医療施設への提案
・担当の看護師の方に製品を紹介:特徴や利点、使用上の注意点など、細かく説明します。製品を使用する方から意見を聞くことも重要な業務です。
・病院内での勉強会、セミナーの立案・実行を行います。
2)販売代理店への提案
実際に販売活動を行う代理店を訪問し、新製品の紹介や製品トレーニングを実施。信頼度を高め、拡販に繋げます。

9:00-17:15 (7時間15分)
リースカーによる直行直帰スタイルです。外勤営業職につき、事業場外労働(所定時間勤務)の取扱を適用

■想定年収
450万円~600万円
年俸制(分割回数12回)
年俸 3,140,000円~
年俸\3,140,000~ 基本給\3,140,000~を含む/年
残業が発生した際には残業時間に応じて別途支給
(みなし労働に該当しない分)
※前職の年収を考慮し優遇します。
※上記年収はインセンティブ、営業手当(月額31,350円)込の金額です。
※インセンティブについて:年4回(6月・9月・12月・3月)支給となります。
※福利厚生:産前産後休暇、育児・介護休業、団体生命保険、財形貯蓄制度、教育研修補助(英会話・E-ラーニング)、カフェテリア型福利厚生プログラム
休日休暇
初年度有給休暇10日(入社月によって変動あり)、週休2日(土・日)、フレキシブル休暇(一年間に3日間自由選択)、年末年始(12月30日~1月3日)、創立記念日(6月中1日自由選択)、慶弔、傷病休暇 等
