- Technical Project Management
- Drives and Delivers the Overall System Integration, Verification and Validation Strategy, Plan and Costs Estimations of the Project and ensures its approval by System PM and System TPM.
- Manages the System Validation sub project teams and activities, to execute above mentioned strategy and deliver in time for each System Delivery relevant V&V reports. These activities include System Integration Testing, System Verification and Validation, associated System Validation Services, System Validation Test Tool environment development, considering test execution in following environments SIL, HIL and Vehicle as per the approved project test strategy.
- Manages the System Test Leads.
- Manages the System Integration Test Lead.
- Coordinates the Project Test Tool development team for acquisition, development and delivery of validated test environment solutions that are sufficient for application of the approved test strategy and test plan, for related test levels, ensuring Functional Safety compliance
- Manages the System Validation services coordinator.
- Manages the System Validation project budget and approval of purchases of the system validation team.
- Monitors and controls the progress of System Validation activities according to the Overall system validation schedule and ensures all System Validation activities are complete according to customer expected timelines and highlighting in advance any possible delays.
- Is responsible for the Overall system validation schedule aligned with the Project schedule and Valeo milestones.
- Delivers and maintains the SVPR document and System Baseline Audit Document.
- Delivers on time Deliverables expected for Valeo Project milestones in the area of responsibility.
- Team work - maintains close contact with the Project management team in order to ensure a unified approach in terms of timing, content, costs and quality of project deliveries.
