Group Human Resources Department at Rakuten currently provides HR services to more than tens of thousands of employees.
Position:
Position Details
As a "Business Assistant" to two executives in the Group Human Resources Management Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
Coordinate and manage the schedules of the executives in charge and deal with internal and external parties
Coordinating appointments with external parties
Handling of visitors and guests
Organize and manage materials for important meetings and presentations
Travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Reimbursement of expenses, and other general affairs-related duties
Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience as a secretary or assistant for executives
Experience in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Business level of Japanese and English (TOEIC score 800 or above)
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in a global company, whether Japanese or foreign-affiliated
Experience working in a large organization
