【仕事内容】
セキュリティの中でもアイデンティ管理分野、脆弱性管理分野における、顧客向け技術支援全般をお任せいたします。
(課題抽出、顧客提案、デモンストレーション、導入支援、製品レクチャー等)
【具体的には】
・プリセールス(提案フェーズ):製品紹介プレゼンテーション/デモンストレーション、要件ヒアリング/製品機能とのfit&gap確認、事例紹介、システム構成検討、支援(役務)提案
・ポストセールス(構築フェーズ):製品詳細設計/製品導入/バージョンアップ作業、導入後のアフターフォロー(製品の使い方指導など)やチューニング、Q&A対応
・事業企画:販売戦略立案、メーカー対応、各種イベントの企画、運営、新規/既存ユーザ様向けウェビナー
・教育:製品活用に向けた各種トレーニング、個社別トレーニング
・マネジメント:プロジェクトマネジメント、マネージャーの支援(チームマネジメント、メンバー育成)
ご経験や保有されているスキルにあわせて、経験の幅を広げていきます。
【求める人材】
・各種OS(Windows/Linux/UNIX)、IaaS、SaaSなどを実務で扱った経験
・コミュニケーションスキル
・わかりやすく伝える力(要約力・説明力)やファシリテーションスキルなど
・上記に加えて以下いずれかのセキュリティエンジニア経験3年以上
・システム構築経験
・お客さまへのシステム提案(プリセールス)経験
・ユーザ企業のセキュリティ業務経験(企画・設計・構築・運用いずれか)
【給与】
年収700~950万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
