【職務内容】

ITエンジニアのアウトソーシングであるシステムエンジニアリングサービスの営業のマネージャーとして、営業組織の運営、及び顧客企業が求める人材要件のヒアリング&マッチングによる提案をしていただきます。

【具体的には】

・顧客への人材要望のヒアリング、提案

・既存顧客への深耕営業、新案件の開拓

・新規営業・新規顧客開拓

・メンバー進捗管理

・部署売上・利益数値管理

・メンバーへの教育・アドバイス

総勢11名(マネージャー3名含む)

SES業態での営業経験5年以上・チームマネジメント経験1年以上
