【仕事内容】

  • 職務内容:

オンライン不動産投資サービス「INVASE(インベース)」を利用するユーザー(個人投資家)に対し、不動産を使った資産運用のアドバイザリー業務(購入、売却、ファイナンス等の提案及びアレンジ)です。主に年収12百万円以上の高所得者層に対し、東京都心部のタワーマンションを中心とした物件への投資を通じて、節税を兼ねた資産形成の提案をしていただきます。

不動産を使った資産運用アドバイザリー業務

※例:物件購入又は売却のアドバイス、物件購入のためのファイナンスのアレンジ

下記研修プログラムを経て、インベストメントアドバイザー(以下、「IA」)として業務を開始していただきます。

研修プログラム:

1ヶ月目:INVASE事業(企画、ファイナンス、マーケティング)の理解

2~5ヶ月目(経験に応じて):IAのサポートとしてOJT

変更の範囲:会社の定める業務

これまでの不動産営業とは異なり、不動産を金融商品として捉え、不動産のリスクとリターンを論理的に説明しながら、資産形成の助言をするプロの資産運用アドバイザーとなり顧客へのアドバイスはもちろんのこと、顧客とのコミュニケーションを通じてニーズを汲み取り、アプリの機能拡充や金融機関とローン商品の開発にも関わっていただきます。
