【仕事内容】
チーム・組織がスキルを最大限に発揮するための施策をCTOや開発責任者などと密にコミュニケーションを取りながら課題解決に向けて動いていただきます。
また、エンジニアと他部署が円滑にプロジェクトを遂行できるよう、チームの士気やモチベーションを維持するための動きも行っていただきます。
入社直後は、開発組織の一員として開発プロセスに携わっていただき、保険業界やプロダクト、一緒に働くチームの方々への理解を深めていただきます。
その後、エンジニアリングマネージャーとして以下業務をメインに携わっていただきます。

・ エンジニア組織全体の戦略立案
・ チームビルディング及びピープルマネジメント
・ エンジニア組織のパフォーマンス向上に向けた施策立案~実行
・ エンジニア採用活動(イベントへの登壇やブログ発信などの技術広報含む)
・ エンジニア組織全体のカルチャー醸成
【求める人材】
・ Webアプリケーションの開発経験5年以上(言語問わず)
・ 開発組織における5名〜10名規模のマネジメント経験
・ 1on1や評価を通してメンバーの育成をした経験

・ 組織を横断しながらプロダクト開発に携わったご経験
・ リードエンジニアとしてのご経験
・ 自ら仕組みを作り、事業や組織をスケールさせたご経験

【給与】
年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
