仕事内容

光回線に関する問い合わせ対応業務(受発信)をお任せします

  • 受信業務

・既存会員からの移転手続きに関するお問い合わせ対応

・総合窓口から転送される、モバイル回線・固定回線に関する問い合わせへの対応およびサービス案内

・既存会員に対する通信回線プラン変更のご案内・提案

・問い合わせ・新規申込・引っ越し手続きなどに関する受付およびコンサルティング対応

~対応例~

・公式サイトのフリーダイヤルを見て連絡されたお客様への対応

・サービス内容の説明、プラン提案、申込受付 など

  • 発信業務

・既存契約者に対するオプションサービスのご案内、上位プランへのアップセル提案

・解約を希望されているお客様への継続利用のご提案(解約抑止対応)

・申込内容の不備確認や、折り返し対応が必要な案件への発信業務

  • 受発信業務

・通信回線に関するインバウンド・アウトバウンド双方のカスタマー対応業務

給与


時給1700円

勤務曜日・時間


10:00~19:00 (実働8時間 休憩1時間)

資格・経験

  • 平日のみorシフト制が選べる週3日~勤務OKで、無理なく働けます。
  • ノルマなし自分のペースで進められるので、未経験の方も安心です彡
  • 駅チカの好立地で、仕事終わりにショッピングも気軽に楽しめます
  • 服装・髪型・髪色自由ネイル・ピアスもOKでお洒落を我慢せずに働けます
  • 風通しが良く、アットホームで働きやすい職場環境です。
