通信サービス関するお問い合わせ対応業務をおまかせします

<主な業務内容>
・会員様が移転をする際の光回線の移転手続きの問合せ対応
・総合窓口からのモバイルもしくは光回線のトスアップのインバウンドを受けて勧奨を行う施策
・会員様に対して、光回線プランの変更勧奨
・通信回線のアウトバウンド・インバウンド業務
・契約者の方に対してオプションサービスの勧奨及びハイエンドプランへのアップセル
・解約希望者に対して解約抑止テレマ
・不備内容確認や折り返しが必要な案件の発信業務
・問合せ、入会、引っ越しの受付対応のコンサルおよびインバウンド業務
・ホームページに設けられているフリーダイアルを見て連絡してきてくれるお客様対応
・商品提案や入会センターの受付 など
