仕事内容

法人・個人事業主が利用する、

行政サービスにログインできる共通認証システムに関する

問い合わせ対応(ヘルプデスク業務)をお任せします

1つのID・パスワードで複数の行政サービスにアクセスし、

補助金申請や社会保険手続きなどを行うためのシステムについて、

利用者からの質問に電話・メールで対応します。

具体的には…

① 電話・メールでの問い合わせ対応

・新規アカウント登録方法の案内

・IDの種類に関する説明

・ログイン方法、基本操作の案内

② トラブル対応

・パスワード忘れ、ログインできない場合の対応

・操作エラーや設定に関する一次切り分け

・登録情報の変更方法の案内

③ 申請・手続きに関する案内

・必要書類(印鑑証明書、本人確認書類等)の説明

・申請手続きの流れや進捗状況の案内

※審査業務は行わず、案内・サポートが中心です

④ 事務作業

・情報変更受付時の帳票作成(PC入力)

・申請の審査状況を確認したい

・ID/パスワードを忘れてしまった

・オンライン申請の方法を知りたい

・アプリ認証や二要素認証の設定方法を確認したい など

給与


時給1400円+交通費規定支給

※自転車通勤可能です。

勤務曜日・時間


8:50~17:00(実働7時間10分 休憩60分)

資格・経験

  • 平日のみの週5日勤務

  • 駅から徒歩3分なので通勤楽々です
  • 都心部の梅田へも徒歩で行ける距離なので、仕事終わりに気軽にショッピングも楽しめる立地です
